By accessing or using neaweather.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What the Service provides

NEA Weather SG republishes publicly available weather data from the National Environment Agency (NEA) and the Meteorological Service Singapore (MSS). The Service is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for official weather advisories.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the data is accurate, complete, current or reliable. Weather forecasts are inherently uncertain, and you should always follow official advisories for safety-critical decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEA Weather SG shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made on the basis of weather data shown on this site.

Permitted use

You may browse the site and use the public API for personal, educational and non-commercial projects.
You may not scrape the website in a way that degrades service for others.
You may not use the Service to build a competing weather product without permission.
You must credit NEA Weather SG and link back to neaweather.com when using our data or API.

Third-party links & data

The Service links to and embeds content from third-party sources such as NEA, MSS, haze.gov.sg and data.gov.sg. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party content.

Changes to the Service

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including endpoints on the public API, without notice.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

NEA Weather SG is an independent project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Environment Agency, the Meteorological Service Singapore, or any other government agency.
