Singapore has a tropical rainforest climate. Temperatures stay in a narrow band all year. What changes is rain type, wind and lightning. The Northeast Monsoon (December to early March) is wet then dry. The Southwest Monsoon (June to September) is drier, with morning Sumatra squalls and haze risk. The two inter-monsoon windows bring the most lightning and some of the hottest afternoons.
